Shipments come direct to us from suppliers round the world and we insist on a full two week quarantine process before stock is offered to our customers. | Livestock Acclimatisation Key to maximising livestock survival after any journey is your acclimatisation procedure. We recommend that you utilise our own routine which has worked well for us for over two decades – a printed copy is included with every order and further copies are available via email for your reference. Don’t worry! Our step by step introduction routine is really easy to follow. |
| Livestock Availability Do contact us to discuss your livestock requirements. We currently offer excellent Marine Livestock including Reef Critters such as Turbo snails, starfish and hermit crabs etc. Along with a great selection of very high quality soft corals, polyps and Xenia. We can supply images of many stock items, but be warned that they sell out quickly so if you see something you like please contact us immediately. Once we have received your payment we can save an item for a few days until your chosen shipment day arrives.
Please do bear in mind that many things affect the supply of livestock. For example; we have had many shipments cancelled or postponed due to good old bad weather. One supplier couldn’t catch the fish we needed because his boat developed a leak! Add in mixed up documentation, missed flights and language issues and you can understand that we sometimes feel a little frustrated. That said, shipments arrive every week so we wont keep you waiting for long if an item is out of stock and we will always keep you up to date.
