External Filters Using and Maintaining AquaOne Aquis and Aquis Advance Canister Filters. AquaOne Aquis (CF) Series. These canister filters offer the value on the market today. Offering a two year warranty and equally capable in coldwater, tropical and marine setups Aquis canisters come complete with all required filter media including two grades of bio-foam, bio-noodles, bio-balls and a layer of fine polymer wool for that final polish – every inch of space inside the filter is utilised. Typically of AquaOne a full accessory pack is also provided. Various fittings such as hoses, taps, elbows, spray-bars, two intake pipes (of differing lengths), suckers, an intake strainer and spoon bill outlet are all in there, making an Aquis filter easy to get going straight away – there’s nothing else to buy. Monthly maintenance is made easy as all filter media are neatly contained in durable filter baskets with easy-carry handles. So just turn the filter off, turn the filter taps off and the filter top is easily removed to allow access the media – it couldn’t be any easier.
